Quicker, Stronger, Faster (QSF Impact)

At Quicker, Stronger, Faster, we stand behind the quality of our products and the athletes who use them. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right — within reason and in alignment with our policies.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Used or worn products

  • Opened recovery tools or hygiene-related items

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • We cover shipping on replacement items (U.S. orders only)

Refunds

Once received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and order details

  • We will replace the item at no cost

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • QSF is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. QSF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund after processing:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider first

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Right to Refuse Returns

QSF reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
