Impact Program

IMACT PROGRAM

The Quicker, Stronger, Faster Impact Program

Turning Every Purchase into Opportunity

The Quicker Stronger Faster Impact Program was built on one simple belief:

No young athlete should be denied the opportunity to train, grow, and improve because of financial barriers.

Talent exists everywhere.
Opportunity does not.

For many youth athletes, the limiting factor isn’t effort, discipline, or desire—it’s access. Access to professional coaching. Access to safe training environments. Access to the equipment and resources needed to show up prepared and confident.

That’s where this program steps in.

A minimum of 10% of every purchase is reinvested directly into youth athletes who need support—creating a system where every transaction fuels real, measurable, local impact.

This is not charity.
This is investment.

What Your Purchase Supports

1. Structured, Professional Training

Impact funds are used first and foremost to provide real training, not watered-down programming or one-time sessions.

All supported training is delivered through The Athlete’s Playground, a 14,000-square-foot sports performance facility designed specifically for youth athletic development.

Training support may include:

  • Fully or partially funded training memberships
  • Small-group sports performance training
  • One-on-one personal training when appropriate
  • Speed, agility, strength, and power development
  • Injury-prevention and movement education

Training is built around:

  • Long-term athletic development principles
  • Age-appropriate strength and conditioning
  • Progressive programming with measurable outcomes
  • Confidence-building through skill mastery
  • Accountability, consistency, and structure

This is not recreational fitness.

This is intentional athletic development.

2. Equipment & Gear That Remove Barriers

Training doesn’t start when the workout begins—it starts when an athlete shows up prepared.

Impact funds help provide:

  • Training shoes and cleats
  • Sport-specific footwear
  • Performance apparel and workout gear
  • Resistance bands, recovery tools, and mobility equipment
  • Sport-specific equipment when needed

For many athletes, lacking proper gear creates hesitation, embarrassment, or exclusion. Removing this barrier allows them to train freely, confidently, and equally.

No athlete should feel behind before training even starts.

3. Mentorship, Structure, and Stability

One of the most overlooked benefits of training is consistency.

For athletes facing financial hardship, consistency is often the first thing lost. The Impact Program helps provide:

  • A reliable training schedule
  • A safe, structured environment
  • Coaches who know each athlete by name
  • Expectations that promote discipline and ownership

Through training, athletes learn:

  • How to show up on time
  • How to commit to a process
  • How to work through discomfort
  • How to handle failure and keep going

These habits do not stay in the gym.

They show up in school.
They show up at home.
They show up in life.

Why Athletic Development Matters Beyond Sports

We do not believe athletic development exists in isolation.

Consistent training builds:

  • Confidence
  • Self-respect
  • Emotional regulation
  • Goal-setting skills
  • Discipline and resilience

When athletes begin to believe in themselves physically, that belief often carries over academically and socially—becoming the foundation for leadership, accountability, and long-term success.

The goal is not just better athletes.

The goal is stronger people.

What Makes This Program Different

Many programs promise to give back.
This one is structurally designed to do so.

  • A minimum of 10% is built into every purchase
  • Impact is local, direct, and measurable
  • Funds go toward training and development—not overhead
  • Athletes are supported, but also held accountable
  • Opportunity is paired with responsibility

This program is about access with standards, not handouts.

Who the Impact Program Is For

The Quicker, Stronger, Faster Impact Program supports youth athletes who:

  • Come from financially limited households
  • Show a genuine desire to improve athletically
  • Are willing to commit to consistent training
  • Respect structure, coaching, and expectations
  • Want to work, not just participate

We do not look for perfection.

We look for effort, attitude, and commitment.

How Athletes Can Apply for Support

Step 1: Application Submission

Applications may be submitted by:

  • A parent or guardian
  • A coach or athletic director
  • A school counselor or teacher
  • A community mentor or organization

The application includes:

  • Athlete background (age, sport(s), experience level)
  • Explanation of financial need
  • Explanation of why they want to train
  • Training goals and availability

Step 2: Review & Selection Process

The Quicker, Stronger, Faster Impact Program is built on opportunity with responsibility. Because resources are limited and impact matters, athletes must demonstrate not only financial need—but a willingness to grow as a student, athlete, and individual.

Applications are reviewed using the following criteria:

Academic Standing

Athletes must provide insight into how they are currently performing in school. This may include:

  • Current grades or progress reports
  • Attendance and effort indicators
  • A brief explanation of academic challenges, if applicable

Perfection is not required.
Effort, honesty, and accountability matter most.

Personal Statement

Athletes must write a short statement explaining:

  • Why they want to be part of the Quicker, Stronger, Faster Impact Program
  • What this opportunity would mean to them

This helps us understand the athlete’s mindset, motivation, and readiness to commit.

SMART Goal Submission

Each applicant must submit three SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), along with a brief explanation of how they plan to achieve each goal.

Goals may relate to:

  • Athletic performance
  • Academic improvement
  • Personal development (confidence, discipline, consistency, leadership)

This ensures athletes are training with intent, not simply attending sessions.

Coach or Teacher Referral

Applicants must submit one referral from a:

  • Coach
  • Teacher
  • School counselor or mentor

The referral should speak to the athlete’s:

  • Work ethic
  • Attitude
  • Coach-ability
  • Character

This helps ensure support is directed toward athletes who will respect and maximize the opportunity.

Final Selection

Final selections are based on a combination of:

  • Financial need
  • Academic effort
  • Athlete motivation and attitude
  • Goal clarity and commitment
  • Available Impact Program resources

Not all applicants may be accepted immediately, but every application is reviewed with care, respect, and integrity.

Step 3: Commitment Agreement

Accepted athletes and families agree to:

  • Consistent attendance
  • Respect for coaches, staff, and facility
  • Effort and positive behavior
  • Clear and honest communication

This ensures the program remains fair, sustainable, and impactful for everyone involved.

Transparency & Responsibility

Impact funds are reviewed regularly to ensure:

  • Resources go directly to athletes
  • Support aligns with program values
  • The program remains sustainable long-term

This program is not about optics.
It is about outcomes.
